SocialPips.com service is a platform that allows users to exchange information about Forex, a broadly understood financial market, and use analytical tools, which allow for better presentation of economy principles. Each entity, thus every user of the SocialPips service, who uses its content is obliged to observe the Rules of the service. The owner of the SocialPips service - FK Capital Sp. z o.o., with the registered office in Czêstochowa (KRS [National Court Register] no.: 0000542919, NIP [Tax Id. No.]: 949-220-00-04, REGON [Business Statistical No.]: 360779160), shall not be held liable for any damage or consequences resulting from failure of the user to observe Rules of the SocialPips service. Content of the SocialPips service is only of informative nature and is not recommendation or investment advice whatsoever in the meaning of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19th October 2005 (Official Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland [Dz.U.] of 2005, No. 206, item 1715) on information constituting recommendations concerning financial instruments, their issuers or drawers.
